For towing and marine service fleets

Every vessel, dispatch, and inspection, merged onto one chart.

Live AIS, your ERP's jobs and invoices, Subchapter M maintenance, and marine weather, merged into one operations platform with AI built in. Dispatchers, captains, and compliance teams work from the same picture, and can ask it questions.

What MergeMarine merges

Your fleet's data lives in four places. Dispatch needs it in one.

MergeMarine connects the systems you already run and keeps them in sync, so nobody has to check the ERP, the AIS site, the maintenance binder, and the weather page before assigning a tug.

  1. Live AISVessel positions, speed, and course, pushed the moment they arrive.
  2. Your ERPJobs, logs, invoices, customers, pilots, and agents.
  3. Maintenance, Subchapter M, and crewWork orders, TSMS certificates, surveys, drills, credentials, and rest hours.
  4. NOAA and marine weatherRadar, tides, buoys, and wind and wave forecasts.

Merged in MergeMarine

One operations picture

  • Dispatch boards that show where every ship and tug is
  • Maintenance, certificates, and crew credentials flagged before they lapse
  • Jobs that were worked but never logged or invoiced
  • Answers to plain-English questions about your fleet

The .ai in MergeMarine.ai

Ask your fleet a question. Get one answer from every system.

AI is built into the platform, and it works from your own merged records, not from guesses. It answers questions, drafts the paperwork, and proposes changes for your people to approve.

See what AI does in MergeMarine
Ask AI
One assistant answers across jobs, AIS, maintenance, and crew records, because they are already merged.
An assistant that acts
In maintenance it opens work orders, logs drills and readings, and schedules surveys. Every change waits for approval.
Schedules from manuals
Point it at an equipment manual and it drafts the maintenance schedule, with the procedure as a checklist.
Summaries you can trust
MergeMarine calculates the figures first. AI only writes the words around them.

The platform

Five workspaces working from one merged set of records.

Live map

See every vessel in your ports as it moves.

Live AIS positions on NOAA nautical charts, with your own tugs set apart from other traffic. Replay recent hours, draw routes, and get alerted when a vessel enters or leaves a zone, even when nobody has the map open.

  • Radar, wind, waves, tides, and buoy data layered on the chart
  • Zone alerts that record the weather at that moment
  • Vessel replay and a sortable tracking table you can export
  • A harbor assistant that answers questions about what is on screen

Dispatch

Build jobs with the ship's position right on the card.

Inbound and outbound jobs read from and write to your ERP, so dispatch and billing work from the same record. Every job shows where the ship is and how far out, and warns you when a tug is already booked.

  • A per-tug timeline of the day’s assists
  • Double-booking warnings while you plan
  • Jobs worked but not logged, and logs not yet invoiced
  • Every change sent to your ERP recorded for audit

Maintenance and Subchapter M

Walk into an inspection with the records already assembled.

Work orders, TSMS certificates, surveys, drills, and non-conformities in one place, with a daily email for anything coming due. When the inspector arrives, export the Towing Vessel Record and its evidence together.

  • Red and amber status for every vessel, from overdue work to expiring certificates
  • Non-conformity tracking with a prompt to notify the OCMI within 24 hours
  • Crews log readings, drills, and finished work offline, and it syncs later
  • Maintenance schedules drafted from an equipment manual, approved by a person

Crew

Know who is licensed, who is rested, and whose renewal is coming.

Every mariner has a credential wallet, a daily log shaped like the Coast Guard’s sea-service form, and rest hours checked against 46 CFR 15.1111 as they are entered. The office sees where each person stands on every vessel. The record itself stays the mariner’s.

  • Credentials flagged 180 days before they expire
  • Rest-hour shortfalls caught on the day, not at audit time
  • Sea service printed as a CG-719S-shaped PDF, ready to sign
  • Mariners sign in to their own record and nobody else’s

Reports and analytics

Ask your fleet data a question in plain English.

Type a question and get a chart, with the query behind it one click away. Revenue by customer, jobs and revenue by month, and tug utilization come ready to run, with Excel and PDF export.

  • Questions run read-only, against only the data your role can see
  • AI summaries written from figures the system calculates first
  • Export any answer or report to Excel

Control

AI suggests. Your people approve.

MergeMarine uses AI to draft maintenance schedules from equipment manuals, answer questions about the harbor, and summarize reports. It does not change a record on its own. Every proposed change waits for someone with approval rights.

Access by role
Each role sees only the screens, reports, and data it has been granted. Financial data sits behind its own permission.
Two-factor sign-in
Accounts are invite-only, and administrators must use an authenticator app to sign in.
A full audit trail
Admin changes, sign-ins, and every record MergeMarine writes to your ERP are logged.
Read-only questions
Plain-English analytics questions run through a read-only database connection, so a query cannot change your data.
