About
We merge the systems a marine operator already runs.
MergeMarine.ai builds one operations platform for towing and marine service fleets, developed alongside a working harbor tug company.
Why the name is MergeMarine
A towing company already has good systems. The trouble is that they don't talk to each other. Jobs and invoices live in the ERP. Vessel positions are on an AIS website. Maintenance and Subchapter M records sit in binders and spreadsheets. The weather is in another browser tab.
MergeMarine merges them. We built it with a harbor tug operator running daily ship-assist jobs across three ports, so the first version had to hold up to real dispatch boards, real inspections, and real month-end billing.
Our logo shows the idea: dispatch, AIS, traffic, billing, maintenance, and compliance in one ring around the tug they all serve.
How we build it
- Your ERP stays your ERP
- Your ERP remains your system of record. MergeMarine reads from it and writes to it, rather than asking you to move your books somewhere new.
- People approve, AI assists
- AI drafts schedules, answers questions, and summarizes reports. A person with the right permission approves any change before it is saved.
- Built around the real day
- Dispatch boards, inspection days, and month-end billing shaped the product, not generic workflow templates.
