What this notice covers

This notice covers the MergeMarine.ai marketing website, which is operated by MergeMarine.ai, LLC. The MergeMarine platform that customers sign in to is covered by each customer's agreement with us.

What we collect

When you request a demo, we receive what you type into the form: your name, work email, company, role, fleet size, ports, interests, and message. Our web host also keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.

This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

How we use it

We use your demo request only to reply to you and to prepare a demo. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests for as long as we're in conversation with you, and delete them when they're no longer needed. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
